Refund, Cancellation and Subscription Policy
1. Digital items
Delivered Coins and activated Gifts are generally final and non-refundable except for non-delivery, duplicate charge, verified unauthorised transaction or mandatory consumer remedy. Requests must be submitted promptly with transaction evidence.
2. Subscriptions
Before purchase, the checkout must disclose price, billing period, benefits, trial, renewal, taxes and cancellation method. Subscriptions renew automatically only where clearly disclosed and lawfully authorised. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law or the offer states otherwise.
3. Creator absence and technical failure
For a specifically purchased scheduled Private Live Session or event, non-delivery caused by the creator or Arena Kingdom may qualify for rescheduling, service credit or refund under displayed rules. General livestream interruption, dissatisfaction or voluntary departure does not automatically qualify.
4. Chargebacks
Users should contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks permit suspension, revocation of value, recovery of fees and withholding of related creator or seller payouts. Exercising a lawful payment right in good faith is not prohibited.
