1. Creator responsibility
Uploading or livestreaming a song, backing track, video, image, brand, performance or other work requires all necessary reproduction, synchronisation, public-performance, communication, mechanical, master-use, publicity and related rights. Ownership of a recording does not necessarily include the underlying composition.
2. Notice
A rights complaint must identify the claimant, work, allegedly infringing material and location; explain ownership or authority; provide contact details; include a good-faith statement and accuracy declaration; and bear a physical or electronic signature. Send to contact@nkiza.com.
3. Action and counter-notice
We may remove or restrict material while assessing a notice. The uploader may submit a counter-notice identifying the material, explaining lawful use and consenting to an appropriate dispute process. We may restore material if the complainant does not pursue available legal remedies, subject to applicable law and risk.
4. Repeat infringers and live action
Repeat or egregious infringement may result in livestream termination, demonetisation and account removal. We may act more quickly during live broadcasts where ongoing infringement creates material exposure.
