Private Live Session Terms
1. Eligibility and consent
Private Live Sessions are available only between verified adults in approved territories. Each participant must affirm consent immediately before entry. Either participant may leave at any time. Payment never removes the right to refuse conduct or end a session.
2. Prohibited conduct
Sexual services, nudity, coercion, threats, intoxication exploitation, recording without permission, payment diversion, illegal activity and introduction of an unapproved participant are prohibited. A session is not confidential against lawful safety review, reports or external screen recording beyond our control.
3. Safety controls and evidence
Participants must have visible leave, block and report controls. Arena Kingdom may preserve limited session evidence following a report or risk trigger, as disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Routine recording status and retention must be clearly shown before entry.
4. Price and remedy
Price, duration, cancellation window and creator availability must be displayed before purchase. Creator non-attendance, material platform failure or premature creator termination may qualify for proportional credit, rescheduling or refund. Viewer misconduct or voluntary exit does not.
