Marketplace Terms
Rules for buyers, sellers and product transactions.
Arena Kingdom Marketplace Terms
1. Platform role
Unless a listing expressly names Arena Kingdom as seller, the identified third-party seller is the seller of record. Arena Kingdom provides listing, discovery, livestream and transaction technology and is not manufacturer, owner, importer or guarantor of third-party goods. As an online intermediary, Arena Kingdom's marketplace features are structured to meet the e-commerce obligations of Law N° 011/2026 of 26/02/2026 relating to competition and consumer protection, including seller self-identification, clear terms for digital distance contracts and the statutory buyer right of withdrawal set out in clause 3 below.
2. Seller obligations
- Complete identity and business verification, including the registration number and physical address required for e-commerce sellers under Law N° 011/2026; hold all licences; provide accurate product, price, tax, stock, delivery and return information.
- Sell only lawful, authentic, safe and non-infringing goods; comply with product safety, labelling, warranty and consumer laws.
- Ship on time, provide tracking where available, respond to complaints and honour mandatory returns and remedies.
- Do not manipulate reviews, transact off-platform, misuse buyer data or list prohibited products.
3. Buyer obligations
Buyers must provide accurate delivery and payment information, inspect listings, use authorised payment methods and raise disputes promptly. Coins intended for digital gifting cannot purchase physical products unless an expressly authorised feature states otherwise.
Where a Marketplace purchase is a digital distance contract for a physical good, the buyer has a statutory right of withdrawal within 7 days of receiving the good or service, as provided by Article 42 of Law N° 011/2026, subject to any lawful exclusions the seller discloses at checkout (for example, made-to-order, hygiene-sealed or perishable items). This right is distinct from, and does not extend, the non-refundable treatment of Coins and Gifts under Part IV and Part X.
4. Platform remedies and reserves
We may remove listings, cancel transactions, hold seller funds, require proof, issue refunds, offset liabilities and suspend sellers where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud, counterfeits, chargebacks or legal compliance. Sellers indemnify Arena Kingdom for product, tax, fulfilment, advertising and rights claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
