Arena Impact Fund Policy

1. Nature of programme

The Arena Impact Fund is a Company-funded social-impact programme, not a user trust, charity account or tax-deductible donation mechanism unless expressly restructured and disclosed. Purchasing Coins or Gifts is a commercial transaction, not a charitable donation.

2. Funding formula

Arena Kingdom will allocate 10% of Net Platform Revenue — gross Coin-gift revenue for the period, less an estimated payment-processing fee; the same net-revenue base the Prize Pool, Weekly Prizes, Daily Bonus Pool and Operations Reserve allocations are calculated from — for each quarter to approved impact activities.

3. Selection and verification

Projects must satisfy documented eligibility, due diligence, conflict checks, beneficiary safeguards and evidence requirements. Arena Kingdom may use qualified implementing partners. No project is "verified" unless the stated verification was actually completed and recorded.

4. Reporting

Publish periodic amounts allocated, distributed and retained; project names and locations where safe; partner identity; methodology; administrative costs; and outcome evidence. Correct material errors promptly.
