Virtual Items, Coins and Gifting Policy

1. Definitions

"Coins" are licensed digital credits purchased or granted to activate platform experiences. "Gifts" are digital animations or experiences activated using Coins. "Promotional Credits" are free or bonus items subject to separate conditions. "Creator Rewards" are provisional internal attribution units. "Creator Earnings" are monetary amounts finally approved under Part V.

2. No ownership or cash value

Coins, Gifts, Promotional Credits, Rewards and ranks are limited contractual licence rights. They are not legal tender, stored value, deposits, securities, investments, cryptocurrency or property. Purchasers cannot redeem them for cash, interest, goods outside authorised features or value from another user.

3. Purchases

The checkout screen controls quantity, price, currency, taxes and provider. You authorise the displayed charge and represent that the payment method is lawfully yours. You must review the order before confirmation. We may set spending, velocity, country, device, age and verification limits.

App-store purchases are also subject to store terms. Price differences between channels or countries may reflect taxes, commissions and commercial conditions and do not create a right to arbitrage or reimbursement.

4. Finality and refunds

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, delivered Coins are non-refundable and used Coins or Gifts are final. A mistaken selection, dissatisfaction with a creator, change in rank, ended livestream or failure to receive attention is not grounds for refund.

Confirmed unauthorised transactions, duplicate charges, non-delivery and mandatory consumer remedies will be assessed under Part X. We may revoke items and creator attribution following refund, reversal or chargeback.

5. Prohibited trading and manipulation

• No selling, buying, bartering, lending, pledging or transferring virtual items except through an expressly enabled feature.
• No self-gifting, circular gifting, coordinated laundering, stolen cards, refund abuse or transactions designed primarily to create cash-out value.
• No bots, macros, exploit use, pricing-error abuse, account farms or artificial ranking activity.
• No promise of goods, money, sex, romance, votes or off-platform consideration in exchange for Gifts.

6. Changes, expiry and account closure

We may prospectively change gift catalogues, animations, availability and required Coin amounts. Promotional Credits may expire as disclosed. Purchased Coin balances will be treated according to applicable law and disclosed closure procedures. Fraudulent or unlawfully obtained balances may be cancelled without compensation.

Before voluntary deletion, users should use eligible balances or request any legally available remedy. Safety, fraud, sanctions or legal holds may delay closure.
