Advertising and Branded Content Policy
1. Disclosure
Creators must clearly and prominently disclose any payment, free product, commission, employment, ownership or material relationship affecting an endorsement. Disclosures must appear where viewers will notice them during the promotion, not only in a profile or after the stream.
2. Truth and substantiation
Advertising must be truthful, non-deceptive and supported. Creators are responsible for claims they make and must not imply Arena Kingdom approval. Restricted industries require prior written approval and all legally required targeting, age gates and warnings.
3. Platform advertisements
Arena Kingdom may place advertising on or around content. Unless a programme expressly states otherwise, creators are not entitled to advertising revenue. Creators must disclose conflicts with exclusivity arrangements; Arena Kingdom is not responsible for a conflict caused by an undisclosed creator contract.
