What Is Arena Kingdom?

Arena Kingdom is a creator competition, paid-gifting, and social-impact platform. Creators compete in talent arenas. Fans support creators by sending paid gifts using coins purchased with real money.

Arena Kingdom is not a gambling platform. There are no bets, jackpots, lotteries, or wagers. Gifters receive status, recognition, digital titles, and badges. Gifters do not receive cash prizes.

Age Requirement & Prohibited Conduct

Arena Kingdom is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. Creating an account, appearing on camera, sending or receiving gifts, or otherwise using the platform in any capacity is not permitted for anyone under 18 — regardless of parental or guardian consent. Registration requires a date of birth, and accounts confirming an age under 18 cannot be created. Accounts found to misrepresent their age, or to knowingly allow a minor to access the platform, will be permanently banned.

• • Nudity, sexually explicit content, and content depicting, promoting, or facilitating illegal substances is strictly prohibited across every part of the platform — live streams, private-live sessions, chat, direct messages, entries, and profile media alike.
• • Extreme, gratuitous, or exploitative violence is strictly prohibited under the same zero-tolerance standard.
• • Violations result in immediate, permanent account termination and forfeiture of coins, wallet balance, pending payouts, and rankings — without compensation.
• • Arena Kingdom may preserve evidence and report violations, including suspected exploitation of minors or other illegal activity, to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
• • Engaging in this conduct may expose you to criminal prosecution and civil liability under applicable law, independent of any action Arena Kingdom takes against your account.

Coin & Gift Rules

• • Coins are purchased with real money. Coin pricing is shown before purchase and starts from small USD amounts.
• • All gifts are final after confirmation. Gifts cannot be refunded.
• • Coins in your wallet have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
• • Self-gifting (gifting your own creator profile) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.
• • Fraudulent activity, bot traffic, and coordinated gifting manipulation will result in permanent account suspension and forfeit of all coins and rankings.

Responsible Gifting

• • You can set daily and monthly coin spending limits in your wallet settings.
• • Large gifts display a confirmation warning before sending.
• • All gift transactions are shown in your wallet history.
• • If you believe you have a spending problem, please contact us.
• • Arena Kingdom does not encourage excessive spending.

Creator Rules

• • Creator accounts can start posting after account creation, subject to moderation and enforcement.
• • All content must be original. Stolen or plagiarized content will be removed.
• • Inappropriate, violent, sexual, or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited.
• • Creators may not solicit gifts outside the platform.
• • Creators may not collude with gifters to artificially inflate rankings.
• • Seasonal prizes are awarded through the published competition rules.

Royal Titles

• • Royal titles (King, Queen, Grand Knight, Knight, Chief) are awarded based on Season Kingdom Power.
• • Titles reset each season.
• • Titles are digital recognition only. No cash prizes are awarded to title holders.
• • Title holders who are found to have used fraudulent means to acquire their title will be disqualified.

Arena Impact Fund

• • 10% of all net gift revenue is allocated to the Arena Impact Fund.
• • Funds are distributed to verified partner organizations only.
• • Arena Kingdom publishes all fund allocations and proof of delivery on the Impact Dashboard.
• • Gifters earn Impact Points equal to their Kingdom Power.

Seller Space & Live Shopping

• • Seller stores may be created automatically after seller terms are accepted.
• • Verification levels, product limits, and trust badges may affect seller limits and admin review requirements.
• • Products may publish automatically, but can be reviewed, removed, archived, or escalated by admin when unsafe, fraudulent, prohibited, or policy-violating activity is suspected.
• • Admin coin requests are recorded platform charges. A store may be suspended until a pending coin request is paid, cancelled, or resolved.
• • Product purchases are commerce orders, not gifts, and do not create Support Power or Kingdom Power.
• • Arena Kingdom does not hold or escrow shopping payments unless a future country-specific payment feature says otherwise.
• • Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, delivery, customer support, and legal compliance.
• • Arena Kingdom may review live shopping sessions, products, and orders for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.
• • Orders may be held, cancelled, refunded, or escalated for review when fraud, unsafe products, or policy violations are suspected.

Live Stream Safety Access

• • Arena Kingdom may allow authorized company safety admins, shown internally as Arena Safety, to access public live streams and 1v1 private live sessions for trust and safety, fraud prevention, crime prevention, emergency response, evidence preservation, dispute review, and legal compliance.
• • Admin safety access may happen without sending a notification to the live participants during the session.
• • Admin access must have a reason and is logged for audit purposes.
• • Evidence may be preserved when required by platform rules, legal obligations, law enforcement requests, or country-specific data retention rules.
• • Users must not use live streams for illegal activity, exploitation, abuse, threats, off-platform payments, fraud, or content that violates these Terms.

Competition & Prizes

• • Each season lasts 3 months.
• • Creators qualify for the Final Arena through Gifters' Choice, Fans' Choice, or Judges' Choice.
• • Final scores are calculated using a transparent published formula: 60% Judges + 25% Final Gift Power + 15% Final Unique Fans.
• • Prize amounts are published at the start of each season.
• • Prizes are awarded to creators only, not gifters.
• • Payouts are reviewed by admins and processed through approved payment methods.

Privacy & Data

Arena Kingdom collects account information, transaction data, and usage data to operate the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

• • Users may request account deletion from their account area.
• • After a deletion request, public creator/seller presence is hidden immediately and the account is scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 90 days.
• • Arena Kingdom may retain wallet ledgers, coin purchases, gifts, payouts, seller orders, fraud flags, moderation logs, audit records, tax/accounting records, reports, evidence, and legal-hold records where required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, payment review, tax/accounting, or legal compliance.
• • If there is an active legal hold, fraud case, open dispute, pending payout, pending seller charge, or unresolved payment/order issue, final deletion may be delayed until the blocker is resolved.

Enforcement

Arena Kingdom reserves the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these rules. Suspicious activity may result in temporary holds on gifts and bonuses pending review. All admin actions are logged for audit purposes.
