Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains what Arena Kingdom collects, why, and who it's shared with. It applies to the Arena Kingdom web app and mobile app alike. We do not sell your data to third parties.

What We Collect

• • Account information — name, username, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, country of residence, and avatar. Date of birth is collected to confirm you're old enough to use Arena Kingdom and is not independently verified beyond what you provide.
• • Transaction data — coin purchases, gifts sent and received, wallet ledger history, creator earnings, payouts, and seller orders.
• • Content you create — arena entries, live-stream video and audio, live chat messages, and direct messages sent to accounts you follow.
• • Device and usage data — push-notification tokens, and activity like likes, follows, views, and session logins, used to operate and secure the platform.

Who We Share It With

• • Payment processor — no payment provider is currently integrated; coin purchases are not available while we set one up for the web app.
• • Live video infrastructure — LiveKit powers public live rooms and 1:1 private-live sessions, and carries the video/audio you choose to broadcast or join.
• • Push notifications — delivered through Expo's push notification service using your device's push token.

We do not use these partners for advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

Trust & Safety Review

Authorized safety admins may access public live streams and 1:1 private-live sessions — including evidence and reports — for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, dispute review, and legal compliance, as described in our Rules & Terms. This access is logged for audit purposes and may occur without notifying session participants.

Retention & Deletion

• • You can request account deletion from your account settings at any time.
• • After a deletion request, your public creator/seller presence is hidden immediately, and the account is scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 90 days.
• • We may retain wallet ledgers, coin purchases, gifts, payouts, seller orders, fraud flags, moderation logs, audit records, tax/accounting records, reports, evidence, and legal-hold records where required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, payment review, tax/accounting, or legal compliance.
• • If there is an active legal hold, fraud case, open dispute, pending payout, pending seller charge, or unresolved payment/order issue, final deletion may be delayed until the blocker is resolved.

Children's Privacy

Arena Kingdom is not directed at children. Creating an account requires you to be 18 or older, confirmed by the date of birth you provide at registration, per our Rules & Terms. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
